I checked CCB records and reviews of local roofers before calling Dial One. I can see why this company has such a good record and reviews. Wade inspected the roof and told me that I didn't need to replace it for at least a few more years- I was happy to not be upsold. He also inspected it from the inside and found the source of a mold problem (tiny roof leak) that was identified by a home inspector several years ago but not correctly fixed by small vents I had installed. He showed me digital pictures he took in the attic space so I could better understand what he was explaining. He offered a couple of different options for fixing the problem. I hired the company to do the work, and they did a great job. As a solo female and a police officer, I am careful about whom I allow into my home. Wade was professional and genuine, and I felt very comfortable with him here. I would definitely recommend him to family and friends.

I first used Dial One Roofing about 10 years ago in another house that I owned and their service was excellent. I have always had excellent response to my roofing and other home needs from Dial One Roofing. They went over and beyond what I expected. When I bought my new house and the roof needed to be replaced, they were the ones I called. Again, the quality of the workmanship and their response time were perfect. The price for my new roof was less than I expected.
They are professional and they know what they're doing. I've had neighbors that have used other roofers who have had to come back out to repair their roof. My roof has been perfect since Dial One installed it. It's the best roof in the neighborhood.
I would never use anyone else!

I consider them a vendor I can totally trust and depend on.

I have seen a lot of Dial One Roofing's work, and as a Realtor I recommend them a lot. Recently I had an excellent experience with them. I had a listing, and when we were going into escrow we noticed a little leak in the roof. Someone had actually damaged the roof. I called Wade, at Dial One, and he was excellent with my client. My client ended up loving him. He took care of everything, which was great. The thing I like is that they clean up extremely well, and leave everything exactly as they found it. You can really talk to Wade about your concerns and questions about roofing, and he will answer everything clearly and succinctly. I have been getting bids on re-roofing, and Wade was the only contractor to suggest I could wait at least 5 more years before replacing my roof. Now there is an honest guy. I will definitely be calling him back in 5 years or so!

we noticed a leak around our skylight at 4 pm saturday. Wade was on our roof fixing the problem an hour later. I have never had anyone respond that fast. thank you sooooo much!

I had water coming into my daughters room cieling. The guys at Dial One Roofing came out and did a really good job on my roof and siding in Tualitin. These guys work HARD! They never quit until the job was done, I never even saw them eat lunch! I expected to find stuff in my yard afterwards, but they had a guy down picking up every scrap. I am very happy with the job!

When it comes down to it, quality workmanship is everything. That?s what makes a roof last. Wade promised superior work, and that?s exactly what I got! He checked up on his work crew and followed through in every detail. IT'S A REALLY BEAUTIFUL LOOKING ROOF!!! REALLY!! Also, I needed some other jobs done around my house, like gutters, paint, trimwork....so, Wade gave me several recommendations for skilled professionals that I could rely on. Wade and his crew were efficient and hardworking. They began on time and finished on time. They were curtious and CLEAN. It is hard to find any company that actually cleans up after themselves but these guys did. I highly recommend Dial One for any roofing needs. My building is a retail building with a flat roof. Wade came in and handled it like a pro. There was no interruption in my business, something I am thankful for. If you need a roof repair or a new roof call Wade today. Stuart.

I own several commercial buildings around Portland, and for 15 years these guys have been resolving my roofing issues. I tried other roofing companies at first, but Wade and crew at Dial One has been only one able to find the leaks. You can trust what these guys tell you, they know their business! Kerry

Buying a new roof is not something I took lightly. I wanted to know that the company I had hired would be there in the event there is a problem. I wasn?t sure which company to call about getting a bid, so I decided to hire a company based on these criteria: -Roofing company must be in business for more than 25 years. -Roofing company must be certified by the manufacturer for installation, that way I get a better warranty -The roofing manufacturer must be in business at least 50 years. -They must know their stuff I asked the around for a recommendation and was told Dial One Roofing did a good job. They have done several jobs on my street, so I gave them a ring. They did a marvelous job, cleanup was great, the owner inspected everything, now I have a very nice looking, dependable roof. Im very happy with the work.

I had Dial One install a roof on my home in Lake Oswego. The price was competitive with the other estimate I recieved, however it was the amount of years the company has been in business (26) that really sold me. I checked their references, and found everyone was extremely satisfied with the work they had recieved. The foreman was very helpful through out the job, and when they were finished, they cleaned up better than was was there before they arrived. My new roof is beautiful, and I have recommended Dial One Roofing to 4 of my friends who also have had favorable experiences with the company. I would highly reccommend Dial One Roofing
